Where did it all begin? Ancient Egyptian and, later, Roman military commanders painted their nails to match their lips before going into battle, but it was a French makeup artist named Michelle Menard who can be credited with introducing a glossy nail polish. Using car paint in the 1920’s she made available an expression to a few select individuals. When Revlon launched what we now know as nail polish in the 1930’s it opened a new aspect of manicuring to the masses. The popularity of nail colour has continued for decades through times of economic instability, when it was considered an affordable and justifiable luxury, and then onto times of prosperity with popularity among socialites and celebrities. Whatever your reason, you’re already amazing…you might as well express it with your hands.

The Quickie! If you don't have a lot of time, but you want your nails to impress, pop in for a nail and cuticle clean up finishing with hydration. This does not include polish- if you want polish, please choose the RG Spa Manicure below and allow for more time.
If you don't have that much time AND you want polish, this is your manicure. It includes a nail and cuticle clean up, hydrating massage and regular polish application. Please note that Gel Orly polish is an upgrade and takes longer. This manicure must be booked by the bottom right Blue Book Now button to ensure enough extra time is allotted if you choose the Gel add-on.
You want a full manicure with massage, but you do not need polish: this is your manicure. It includes a nail and cuticle clean up, followed by hydrating massage. This is also called a Sport manicure.
A little more luxurious, this manicure takes a full hour. The difference is a moisturizing mask for deeper hydration. The Glow manicure still includes nail and cuticle clean up, sugar scrub with Yon-Ka aromatherapy, hydrating massage and regular polish application. Again, Gel polish is an add-on and takes longer. This manicure must be booked by the bottom right Blue Book Now button to ensure enough extra time is allotted if you choose the Gel add-on.
You have an hour, you don't want polish, but your Alberta hands are dry as a desert. The Glow manicure includes the moisturizing mask for deeper hydration as well as nail and cuticle clean up, sugar scrub with Yon-Ka aromatherapy, finishing with a hydrating massage. This is also called Glow Manicure Sport.
The Ultimate! This manicure takes 75 minutes. The difference compared to the Glow is that it includes a chemical peel, hydrating mask and ceramide capsules. It still includes a nail and cuticle clean up, sugar scrub with Yon-Ka aromatherapy, hydrating massage, the moisturizing mask for deeper hydration and a regular polish application. Gel polish is an add-on and takes longer. To ensure it is booked properly, use the Blue Book Now button to book this one and any add-ons.
The Ultimate without Polish! This manicure takes 60 minutes. The difference compared to the Glow is that it includes a chemical peel, hydrating mask and ceramide capsules.
