Policies and Helpful Information

ARRIVAL ETIQUETTE: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early, silence your phone, and prepare to relax. Please remove your shoes. We have spa sandals for those who would like them (but our floors are heated!) A late arrival may require a shortened appointment, charged at the full scheduled price, out of respect for clients booked after you. If you are running behind we sure appreciate a call. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will call you to see if you are on your way or if you need to reschedule.
ONLINE BOOKINGS: Occasionally, the online system can glitch. Appointments requested online are not confirmed or guaranteed until we acknowledge acceptance via email, text, or phone call. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you by phone and follow up with written confirmation.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: Time is valuable for you, our other clients and our staff. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged $50. We always do our best to understand your special circumstance, as we ask you to understand how our policy helps us to retain talented spa professionals who depend on reliable scheduling. Individual Appointments: Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Groups of 3 or more: Please give 48 hours notice. Multiple treatments on the same day for single guest: Please give 48 hours notice.
GROUP AND PACKAGE BOOKINGS: A 15% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure bookings of 3+ hours or groups of 3 or more. See the Cancellation Policy above for rescheduling or cancellations.
WHAT TO WEAR: If you’re unsure what to wear, please ask our receptionist when booking. Your comfort is our priority—feel free to ask questions at any time. Our spa gowns fit XS to 4XL. We are not responsible for lost or damaged valuables.
PREGNANCY AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Please disclose and update all relevant medical information on intake forms and when booking all future appointments. Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or for specific health conditions. Inform your service provider if you are pregnant, suspect pregnancy, have a medical condition. are taking new medications and for facials if you are using new skincare products or are
wearing contact lenses.
COMMUNICATING YOUR PREFERENCES:
Quality care depends on quality communication and trust. We welcome your feedback- please do not hesitate to speak up. Let us know about your preferred lighting, pressure, music volume, or desire for quiet and/or conversation.
PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT: Our licensed therapists and certified estheticians provide wellness-focused, professional services only. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Staff may end treatment immediately, if necessary, in any situation of breach of trust or safety, without refund. Similarly, clients may also stop a treatment at any time and report any concerns to the front desk or management.
SERVICES FOR MINORS: Clients 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the service. Clients under 16 must have parental/guardian consent to receive spa services.
PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES: Promotional and seasonal packages are only valid during the advertised period. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Management reserves the right to refuse the use of certificates that are reproduced or out of date.
GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are non-refundable. You must provide either the physical gift card or the full card number for redemption.
PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Opened products are non-returnable. Unopened products sold at RG Spa that are in the sealed original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt for full credit at the spa. In the rare instance that you have an allergic reaction to a product, management will arrange the product to be delivered to the manufacturer and can process a refund or exchange based on the manufacturer’s policy.
